I did what I was supposed to do and contacted them to update my info. They should pay me back atleast 100 dollars for my $, and my time wasted!!! I have atleast 60 dollars invested into this game, and not being able to cash out is ridiculous. It's a scam!!! I've never had such a terrible experience. They emailed me back 4 times saying they have been experiencing high customer volume and to be patient. I went out of my way to get a direct deposit form/ voided check and they still haven't done anything. You have to wait until you have atleast $100, to beable to cash out! I should have been able to redeem atleast 200 dollars now, but they still haven't verified my bank statement. They probably are waiting until I don't have any money in my chumba account to redeem.

I've had multiple games not pay me right, and when I win the bonus round for more spins, it does not go to bonus round. Its taken them over 2 months to verify my bank account.
